Our Commitment to Safety from COVID-19
We are especially grateful to our customers for the success of Interior Door Replacement Company as a small business serving the Bay Area since 1997. In these uncertain times we are committed to safe practices that protect our customers and employees. With this goal in mind we have implemented a number of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We offer several safe approaches to shop for and select new doors for your home. A videoconference through Zoom is the easiest and quickest step, which allows our sales team to view the existing door and closet openings of your home and provide a firm price estimate. We also offer private appointments in our showroom at 2810 Bowers Ave in Santa Clara which has over 100 doors on display. To enforce social distancing we only allow one party from each household to enter the showroom at any given time. For those who need a more in-depth consultation in their home our sales staff will make in-home visits to provide free discussion and advice for their new doors. Our showroom is a wonderful resource with over 100 doors and hundreds of hardware options on display. It is thoroughly cleaned several times each week. Showroom appointments are available from Monday to Friday between 8am and 3:30pm. Our sales staff always wear face masks and we require all visitors also wear them (we have complementary face masks available). We ask that you use the hand sanitizer available in the showroom and maintain 6 feet distance from our sales staff. We use Zoom software for our videoconferences. Using a tablet or smartphone would be best as it allows you to move around your home and show us your closet and door openings. After a videoconference is scheduled you will receive a meeting invite through email. Click the link in the email invite at the appointment meeting time and install Zoom if it hasn’t been installed already. Please have a tape measure on hand so that you can show us door opening measurements. After the videoconference is over we will email you a price quote.
Every employee has their temperature checked when they report to work each morning, and any employee with symptoms is sent home immediately. All employees are required to wear facemasks while working in the showroom, office, and shop areas, as well as when visiting customer homes. Our delivery vehicles all have soap and water hand washing stations so that our installation crews can wash their hands before and after each job.
Please keep rooms in which new doors will be installed well ventilated. We ask that you avoid those areas of your home in which our crews are actively installing doors.

If any person in your household is not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a meeting time at least 2 weeks later.
