The 6 Bay Area counties have lifted restrictions on construction activity effective Monday May 4. Interior Door Replacement Company will reopen offices starting on that date, with door installation projects resuming on Monday May 11.
IDRC has been closed since the Shelter in Place order was issued on March 17. Despite the closure IDRC has been able to retain its experienced staff. We take the threat of COVID-19 seriously and will be extremely careful moving forward to maintain social distancing requirements to protect employees and customers.
For the time being we will not be making in-home visits. Instead all pricing estimates for new doors will take place through a video conferencing session using Zoom or Facetime. Our technicians and door installers all wear masks and gloves and will minimize interactions with customers while maintaining 6 ft distance at all times. All payments will be accepted over the phone with a credit card.
As we move forward cautiously we want to thank all of our customers for their patience, especially those who had their door orders frozen by the Shelter-in-Place orders issued by the Bay Area counties.
