Dear Homeowners and IDRC Customers,
We are currently closed until further notice due to the Shelter in Place directive issued by Bay Area Counties and the State of California. We do not know when we will be able to reopen for business. During the Shelter in Place Interior Door Replacement Company will continue to pay the salaries of all employees even while the business is closed. When we resume business it will be with the same cadre of experienced and skilled door installers that we have employed for years.
A number of customers have placed orders and deposits with us before the Shelter in Place directive was issued, but before we have had a chance to paint and install their doors. Unfortunately because we have no staff in the office during the Shelter in Place we are unable to provide status for their door orders and installation dates. We especially thank those customers for their patience–we will reschedule installation dates when we are allowed to reopen the business.
Our customers’ safety remains our chief concern. When we reopen for business we will offer optional virtual home estimates through video conferencing. Our installers wear facemasks and gloves when installing doors (as a woodworking shop we have a small supply of these materials).
As the situation is dynamic and changing, I will provide updates here in this blog and on Facebook when we expect to reopen for business. Until then I hope you all remain healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
Josh Tseng
