October Employee of the Month

For the month of October company management wanted to recognize someone who works extremely hard, behind the scenes at Interior Door Replacement Company.  So we chose Silvano Tello, in the paint department.  Silvano spends 8 or more hours every day working with Sal to prepare the hundreds of doors that the company installs in customer homes every week.  His efforts ensure that the doors we install are pristine and flawless, each with a perfect paint job.  We regularly take for granted how good the doors look as a result of his efforts, and because Silvano works in his own space in the paint shop, he often doesn’t get the recognition that he deserves.  And so we chose to recognize him for this month as Employee of the Month.
