Our June employee of the month is Sal Loya. Â Sal joined Interior Door Replacement Company in 1998, shortly after the company was founded. Â He is the crew leader of the paint department, and he takes extreme pride in his work. Â Sal devotes his personal attention to each and every painted door installed by IDRC, making sure paint is applied perfectly in our state-of-the-art painting facility.
Sal’s contribution has been invaluable because the quality of our paint job is one of the key factors in the success of our company. Â It’s one of the key reasons why we have so many repeat and referral customers. Â It’s also the reason why our management team has decided to name Sal as our June employee of the month.
