Door Installation Process

IDRC’s process is designed so very little work is performed at your home, thus decreasing mess and inconvenience for the customer. We measure an interior door in less than one minute using our custom designed, patented digital measuring tool - the Jambscan.

We get a custom 3D image of your door frame which we transfer to our computer controlled door cutting machine.

Our cutting machine cuts your interior doors to the exact 3D image measured by the Jambscan. The doors are then sanded and prepared for the painting department where multiple coats of high quality lacquer paint are sprayed on, creating a beautiful high quality finish. No brush-marks, runs or streaks! We return with your new, designer interior doors, transforming the interior appearance of your home.

We do not take your old doors from their frames until we have the new doors finished & ready to install. The installation for each door takes less than 10 minutes. So we never leave you without doors in their openings
