Surface Preparation
Each door is meticulously hand sanded several times during the process,
creating a perfectly smooth sub base.
Undercoating
The door is then hung on slow moving conveyer system were it starts its
journey to perfection. The door then moves to a temperature controlled
dust free finishing booth were the first of several sealers are applied.
Final Top Coat
The final top coat is applied with a special formulated odorless water base lacquer
giving a perfect balance of beauty and durability.
